HOW ARE ITEMS SHIPPED?
Please Note: Orders are printed when you place your order. Please allow time for us to process and print your order.
Unframed photos are shipped by US Mail. This normally takes 14 business days to arrive.
Framed photos are shipped via FedEx. This normally takes 14 business days to arrive.
Please note: FedEx will NOT deliver to a post office box.

Unframed photos ship within 14 business days. Framed photos ship within 14 business days.
WHERE DO I ENTER MY DISCOUNT OR PROMOTIONAL CODE?
To activate a valid promotional code and receive a discount on your order, proceed through to the checkout page. The table shows your grand total including tax and shipping. It includes a box into which you can enter a code. Your new total and amount of discount will be instantly displayed. If you decide to go back and do more shopping, eligible items will be discounted in your shopping cart.
HOW DO I PAY?
All payments are by credit card, through PayPal or Authorize.net. A charge by our partner company Madigan will appear on your credit card statement. Each item is made to order and therefore we require payment when you place your order. We accept all major credit cards.
RETURN POLICY
Our return policy reflects our commitment to your satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase because it fails to meet your quality expectations, we will reprint or remake it or give you a refund at our sole discretion.
All products are made to Order. Processing begins within moments from when an order is placed. Therefore once processing begins, an order cannot be cancelled for a refund.
RETURN PROCEDURE

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue your refund or ship your replacement. If the original payment was made by credit card, your credit card account will be credited. Please allow one billing cycle for credits to appear on your credit card statement.

DAMAGED, LOST OR MISADDRESSED SHIPMENTS Requests for returns due to shipping damage must be made within three (3) days of receipt of your order. We pack orders carefully, but photos are delicate, and accidents do happen. It is always a good idea to inspect your order immediately upon arrival and to let us know right away about any damage that occurred in shipment. Be sure to handle your print carefully and avoid touching the surface. Also, note that we cannot be responsible for prints damaged during any framing or mounting you may do.
Why is there a Columbus Dispatch watermark on my photo? Can I get one without it?
There is a watermark to prevent unauthorized copying. No, you cannot purchase the photo without it. It is small and is in either the left or right hand corner depending on the photo.
WHAT IF I WANT TO USE A PHOTO COMMERCIALLY?
Approval for commercial use is determined solely by the copyright owner. Contact The Columbus Dispatch directly for commercial use of a photograph.

WHAT IS COMMERCIAL USE? HOW DOES IT DIFFER FROM “PERSONAL USE?”
Commercial use is any use that brings value to the person or organization displaying the photograph to the public. Commercial usage includes publication in newsletters, brochures, flyers, photocopied handouts and any Web site or e-mail distribution. Commercial usage also applies to non-profit organizations, academic institutions or individuals who use a photograph in this manner.
Personal use means that you are buying the image for your own personal enjoyment and it will not be reproduced, sold, published, distributed, or utilized in any other manner.
CAN I USE A PHOTO ON MY WEBSITE?
Not without the express permission of the copyright owner of the photograph. This is considered commercial use. Contact the publication or organization directly for commercial use of a photograph. |
